南通业创纺织科技有限公司 Nantong Yechuang Textile Technology Co., Ltd established in 2019, is located in Nantong City, which is the industrial hub in China for textile production, a beautiful city, convenient for transportation. Our company is 150km from Shanghai seaport and Pudong airport, 20km from Nantong bullet train station. We are a conglomerate dedicated to the production of yarn for socks, gloves, elastics, sweaters, and so on.
We have very stronger source and deal with the followings items mostly :
- Polyester DTY yarn: 75D,100D,150D,200D,300D,450D and 600DRaw white color, dope dyed black color and any color you want.
- Nylon DTY yarn,FDY yarn20D to 400D,with a variety of filament numbers.
- Sewing Thread - Mostly raw thread as per customers demand.
- Fabric : Knit , Woven, Fancy - As per customers demand.
- All fancy accessories including ribbon, lace and etc.

There are 5 units in our company to ensure customers get all kinds of yarn.
- Polyester Spinning:we produce polyester DTY yarn 75D,100D,150D,200D,300D,450D and 600D.Raw white color, dope-dyed black color, and any color you want. We have 15 sets of Barmag machines, a monthly capacity of more than 500ton.
- Nylon Spinning: we produce nylon DTY yarn, FDY yarn from 20D to 400D, with a variety of filament numbers. We produce raw white color, black color, and customized colors. We took the lead in introducing the German (Oerlikon) Barmag's intelligent production process. Through the implementation of industrial "interconnection +" digital intelligent manufacturing, the busy assembly line was replaced by a "smart and swift" robot, and the production efficiency Significant improvement, more refined product technology, becoming the digital and intelligent enterprise in the industry to enter the Industry 4.0 era;
- Yarn Twisting: we do twisting for nylon yarn, polyester yarn.From 0TPM to 3000TPM. Monthly capacity of more than 100ton.
- Yarn covering: we make polyester covered with rubber, nylon covered with spandex, and polyester covered with spandex.
- Yarn dyeing: we produce dyed nylon yarn, dyed polyester yarn. Dyes and accessory ingredients we use all are economic friendlies, to ensure our products meet Oeko-tex standards.
